God: We believe there is one God who exists in three persons: Father, Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1, John 1:1-5)

Scripture: We believe the original manuscripts are without error, and that God used human authors to record His inspired Word. (2Timothy 3:16, Hebrews 4:12)

Humanity: We believe mankind was created in the image of God, but by his own choice, sinned against God. As a result, each of us are born spiritually dead, separated from God, and in need of a savior. The one who dies separated from God is separated from God for eternity. No amount of good works, intentions, commitment, morality, or any merit of any kind can bring us into a right relationship with God. (Genesis 1:26-27, Romans 3, Romans 5:12-14)

Eternal Salvation: We believe eternal life is the gift of God and is given freely to all who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ as sufficient payment for their sin. Every believer in Christ is eternally secure and receives the Holy Spirit the moment they place their trust in Christ alone for salvation. (John 1:12, Romans 4:5, Ephesians 2:8-9, Ephesians 1:13-14)

Christian Life: We believe that God’s desire is for each believer to grow in maturity in Christ, developing a daily walk that depends on the leading and prompting of Christ, and to allow the Holy Spirit to live out His life through us. Only through renewing our mind daily through reading God’s Word and prayer can we walk with Christ in order to make an eternal impact in the lives of others. (Romans 12:1, Galatians 2:20, Ephesians 4, John 15:1-11)

Future: We believe Jesus will physically return in the air to take the church out of this world to be with Him forever. This event is known as “the rapture”. Following the rapture, there will be a seven-year period of time known as “the tribulation”. This time will be a time of severe judgment, but many will place faith in Christ. Following this seven year period of time, Jesus will physically return and reign on earth for a thousand years.
